January Topic: Post Election: Moving Forward Together

Living Room Conversations connects people within communities and across differences through dialogue to build trust and understanding. In small groups, we'll sit down for a structured conversation about an agreed upon topic. We have six conversation agreements that create the environment needed to foster connection and understanding:

• Be curious and listen to understand.
• Show respect and suspend judgment.
• Note any common ground as well as any differences.
• Be authentic and welcome that from others.
• Be purposeful and to the point.
• Own and guide the conversation.
