Posture and Your Pooch: Why Good Posture Matters for Core Strength and Pelvic Floor Health
It is incredibly common for our posture to go haywire postpartum due to common core changes during pregnancy that gave room for baby. After baby arrives, we are left with a weakened and lengthened abdominals, weak glutes and hip flexors. AND now we have to lug around a child (or a few) with our body all out of whack. These postural habits are compensatory measures to overcome weakness, and we get stuck in these habits. Learn how improving posture and strength can have lasting positive effects on both physical well-being and overall quality of life.
