An invitation to practice mindfulness together…
Each week we will focus on a theme from on the book: “How to Train a Wild Elephant - and Other Adventures in Mindfulness” by Jan Chozen Bays
53 simple exercises for incorporating mindfulness into a daily routine.
Our hour long meetings (6-7PM) will be a mix of relaxation meditation, contemplation
and sharing insights with each other.
